14 bolt rear cover with 11.5" ring gear. Has full floating axles.

Chrysler 7.25
9 or 10 bolts on rear cover with 7.25" ring gear, commonly a c/clip axle however there was a bolt in application up until 1981. The 9 bolt rear uses a different case and spider assembly which is not compatible with new components.

10 bolt rear cover with 8.25" ring gear. Has c/clip axles with 27 spline up until 1997 when it was upgraded to 29 spline.

Drop out style rear available in three different castings. Identifiable by casting numbers on side of drop out. While the carriers are interchangable between the three models, the ring and pinions are not.
